Аннотация

This article examines the diagnostics of metro car traction drive bearing assemblies and the development of a vibroacoustic monitoring method adapted for depot repair conditions. The relevance of this study stems from the sharp increase in passenger traffic on the Tashkent Metro in 2024, which requires improving the reliability of the rolling stock. Bearing damage is among the most critical failures and can lead to serious consequences, making early detection essential. This paper analyzes the existing maintenance and repair system, highlighting its limitations associated with the use of organoleptic methods for assessing bearing condition. The need for in-place vibroacoustic monitoring, which allows for diagnostics of bearing assemblies without increasing car downtime, is substantiated. The design features of the traction drives of series 81-717, 81-714, 81-718, and 81-719 cars are presented, and the diagnostic targets are identified. A mathematical model for vibroacoustic diagnostics and the structure of a bearing assembly monitoring system, applicable to depot conditions, have been developed. Based on experimental studies and modeling in Matlab/Simulink, a simulation model of the wheel-motor unit – power supply system has been created and validated with practical data. It has been shown that the discrepancy between calculated and experimental parameters does not exceed 10%. The practical result of this work is the development of a vibroacoustic diagnostics method that improves the efficiency and accuracy of traction drive bearing condition assessment.
