This article examines the feasibility of implementing the Secure Trade Partnership (STP) system in the Republic of Uzbekistan as an effective tool for digitalizing foreign trade procedures and enhancing supply chain security. It uses the experience of Singapore as a reference model, where the STP program functions as the national equivalent of Authorized Economic Operator (AEO) status, is integrated into the TradeNet® digital single-window platform, and is supported by mutual recognition agreements. The paper identifies key institutional and logistical challenges in managing international trade in Uzbekistan, substantiates the feasibility of implementing a trust-based and risk-based trade model, and proposes a mechanism for adapting STP to national conditions. A practical example demonstrates how the system could function for Uzbek companies. The expected logistical, economic, and institutional impacts of STP implementation are assessed.
