ECONOMIC MECHANISMS OF DIGITALIZATION OF BANKING SERVICES AND THEIR THEORETICAL FOUNDATIONS

This article analyzes the economic essence of the digitalization of banking services, its theoretical and methodological foundations, and the economic mechanisms through which it is realized in practice. The evolution of the concept of digitalization is examined together with its links to financial inclusion, the reduction of transaction costs, and the transformation of bank-client relationships. Based on statistical indicators, the article analyzes the digital transformation processes of Uzbekistan's banking system, identifies existing problems, and develops scientifically grounded proposals for addressing them.
