Annotatsiya

Based on the theory of dissipative systems, it is shown that the evolution of dissipative structures on Earth, which include living organisms and superorganismal systems, at the present stage of the Holocene is subject to I. Prigogine’s principle of minimum entropy production, under the action of which humanity is in a situation of necessity and the inevitability of rational use of the resources available to him. Therefore, over the past decades, the so-called “green economy” has been formed - a direction in economic science, within the framework of which the economy acts as a dependent component of the natural environment within which it exists and is part of it. It is shown that in different regions of the planet in the field of agriculture and the related water sector, the use of “green farming” is expanding, significantly compensating for the growing challenges to food and water security of the population. At the same time, its foundation is resource-saving, nature-based technologies for human use of natural resources. As an example of the theoretical conclusions obtained, minimal cultivation with mulching of the earth's surface with plant residues is shown (this is an element of the “green economy” in agriculture). It can be considered as the most promising agricultural technology in strategic planning for the development of grain growing in the steppe regions of the Jizzakh region.
