Abstract
Food security is of paramount importance not only in our country but also across the globe. Protecting humanity from hunger and poverty has driven scientists and researchers to explore agricultural challenges deeply and to find effective solutions. This article presents information and economic analysis on sunflower cultivation, its production in Uzbekistan and globally, and its beneficial properties.
