Annotaciya
Obesity and overweight are one of the growing global public health problems. Recently, interest in it has increased significantly, due to the high prevalence of obesity among all age groups of the population, especially among young people, and the low effectiveness of therapeutic measures aimed at weight loss. Obesity is a serious problem due to the presence of such consequences as arterial hypertension, atherosclerosis, diabetes mellitus, metabolic syndrome. Therefore, knowledge of the epidemiology of obesity indicates the need for further work in this direction.
