Our article entitled "Detection and Analysis of Endocrine Disorders in Children with Atopic Dermatitis" once again demonstrates the relevance, the need to search for new methods to solve the problem, as well as the need to continue studying the pathogenesis of the mechanism of disease development, identifying new diagnostic criteria in the course of the disease and identifying comorbid pathology with a high probability of developing, expanding ideas about the pathogenesis of atopic dermatitis in children, developing sound methods for treating the disease, preventive measures and dispensary observation. Objective. Early assessment of endocrine changes in children with atopic dermatitis and preventive measures. Materials and methods of research. The study included 40 children aged 3 months to 3 years with severe widespread atopic dermatitis and 50 children aged 7 to 14 years with severe atopic bronchial asthma. Conclusion. Considering the regulatory role of endocrine glands in immunogenesis and immunological reactions in severe atopic bronchial asthma in childhood, it can be assumed that persistent hypofunctional state of endocrine glands aggravates immune dysfunction.
