Annotatsiya
The article presents the results of a study on the biochemical composition of gooseberry cultivars conducted during 2023–2025. The research determined the content of dry matter, total sugars, and titratable acidity in the fruits. The obtained results demonstrated significant intervarietal differences in biochemical parameters. The highest dry matter content was recorded in the cultivar Confetny, while the lowest value was observed in Hinnonmaki Red. The highest total sugar content was identified in the Kolobok cultivar.
