Abstract
This article presents the results of theoretical studies conducted to substantiate the design parameters of a support crushing wheel for a combined implement intended for strip tillage and sowing of crop seeds in fields after wheat harvesting. The support crushing wheel is designed to cut the predetermined soil clod from the ridge, as well as to break, cut, and shred standing straw stalks, thereby ensuring favorable conditions for strip tillage and seed placement.
