TRANSVERSE VIBRATIONS OF A RECTANGULAR PLATE ON AN ELASTIC FOUNDATION BASED ON THE BIMOMENT THEORY

Аннотация
The article considers the dynamic problem of transverse vibrations of a rectangular plate on an elastic foundation, with all edges fixed, under normal loads applied to its face surface, based on the bimoment theory of plates. Within the framework of the finite difference method, a procedure for the dynamic analysis of stresses and displacements of a plate on an elastic foundation has been developed. Numerical results are presented and compared with the results obtained for plates without an elastic foundation.
