Abstract
SI «Republican specialized scientific practical medical center of therapy and medical Rehabilitation», Tashkent State Medical University, Tashkent, UzbekistanHyperlipidemia, characterized by elevated blood lipid levels, is the primary risk factor for cardiovascular diseases. Hyperlipidemia can lead to resistance to antiplatelet agents, which is an important factor in preventing secondary ischemic events. In particular, an increase in the level of certain lipids can affect platelet activity and reduce the effectiveness of antiplatelet drugs. Therefore, understanding and regulating the mechanisms governing these interactions will help prevent cardiovascular complications and develop new treatment methods. Keywords: antiplatelet resistance, hyperlipidemia, platelet aggregation, ischemic heart disease.
