Abstract
Awareness of the HIV population of the Fergana Valley about all the main and provoked risk factors for CVD and PAD is determined at the following levels: obesity - 55.58%, HCS - 38.46%, NFA - 56.57%, smoking - 59.8%, UA - 64.76%, PSF - 64.76% and poor nutrition -39.7%. Among the HIV population, in 12.25% of cases there is a willingness to participate in preventive programs regarding PAD (12.25%). There should be more outreach to people living with HIV about the positive effects of preventive interventions and a healthy lifestyle on high blood pressure.
