Abstract

With advancements in modern medicine, the possibilities for preventing pregnancy complications are expanding; however, insufficient attention is still given to pregnancy planning. This oversight contributes to high rates of maternal and child morbidity and mortality. Protecting the reproductive health of girls from birth to 18 years and optimizing pre-pregnancy preparation are essential steps toward ensuring healthier motherhood and offspring in the future. The birth of a healthy generation and the enhancement of a nation’s demographic potential remain among the most pressing challenges today.
