Аннотация
In the third trimester, a mother’s body is significantly weakened due to the prolonged strain on all organs, the immune system, and the nervous system. This makes it naturally more difficult for the body to combat viruses and bacteria, increasing susceptibility to upper respiratory tract diseases such as influenza. The objective of this study is to examine the dangers of influenza in pregnant women, including its progression, complications, prevention, and treatment. The research focuses on physiological changes in the third trimester that heighten susceptibility to influenza, potential complications, preventive measures, treatment options, and follow-up care after recovery. The findings aim to provide insights into managing influenza in pregnant women during this critical period.
