Аннотатсия
Tetralogy of Fallot (TOF) is a complex congenital heart defect that combines ventricular septal defect, displacement of the aorta, infundibular stenosis, and right ventricular hypertrophy. Particular diagnostic challenges arise in the presence of pronounced infundibular stenosis and pulmonary artery (PA) trunk atresia, which require precise visualization for planning surgical correction. This study evaluated the effectiveness of multislice computed tomography (MSCT) in diagnosing the anatomical features of TOF in children with these complications.
