Annotatsiya
Cerebrospinal fluid disordersplay an importantrolein the pathogenesis of chroniccerebralischemia, especiallyincases of dyscirculatoryencephalopathy(DE).Chronic cerebral ischemiadevelops as aresult of impairedblood supply andleadsto a persistentdeficiency of oxygenandnutrientsin the nervoustissue, whichcontributes to the progression of neurodegenerativeprocesses.Impaired cerebrospinal fluid dynamics is accompanied by changes in the circulation of cerebrospinalfluid, whichinturnexacerbatesischemicandhypoxicprocessesin the brain.Studiesshowthatdelayedcerebrospinal fluid outflowandincreasedintracranialpressurecanexacerbatevascularinsufficiencyandcontribute to the formation of persistentcognitiveimpairment, emotionalinstabilityandotherneurologicalsymptoms. An integratedapproach, including the diagnosisandcorrection of cerebrospinal fluiddisorders,is an importantcomponent of the therapy of patientswithchronic cerebral ischemiaandcancontribute to improving the quality of lifeandslowing the progression of the pathologicalprocess.
