ECONOMIC AND CULTURAL COOPERATION BETWEEN UZBEKISTAN AND MALAYSIA: HISTORICAL DEVELOPMENT AND CONTEMPORARY TRENDS

This article analyzes the current state and prospects of bilateral diplomatic, economic, and cultural-humanitarian relations between Uzbekistan and Malaysia. The study examines the legal and institutional foundations of the strategic partnership, including inter-parliamentary dialogue, mechanisms of trade and economic cooperation, and integration processes in the education sector. It highlights the importance of the Malaysian Technical Cooperation Programme (MTCP) and joint initiatives for the preservation of cultural heritage, including the art of calligraphy and bookmaking. The author provides scientific conclusions and practical proposals for further developing the “comprehensive partnership” and elevating cultural and educational ties to a new level through innovative education and digital technologies.
