Abstract
This article examines the impact of demographic indicators of industrial enterprises on their overall performance. Econometric methods are also used to analyze production efficiency factors, measured by the workforce size and demographic indicators of indu strial enterprises. Based on the findings, proposals for improving industrial efficiency are developed.
