IMPACT OF SYNERGY ON TEXTILE CLUSTER AND ITS ELEMENTS

Abstract
Cluster policy is a modern form of traditional industrial policy aimed at creating and disseminating innovative products, as well as enhancing the competitiveness of enterprises, regions, and the entire country . The industrial clustering process involves the deep integration of science, education, and production . Industrial clusters formed in regions contribute to addressing issues of territorial economic development, reducing disparities in development levels, and ensuring balanced growth . The economic result of cluster activity is the pursuit of higher outcomes through the interaction of innovative activity among subjects . The main goal of implementing cluster policy is to ensure the synergy effect in industry ; however, the scientific and methodological foundation for determining the synergy effect of clusters has not yet been fully developed .
