IMPROVING THE USE OF QUALITY MANAGEMENT IN THE TECHNICAL REGULATION SYSTEM IN INDUSTRIAL ENTERPRISES

Abstract
This study analyzes the integration of technical regulation systems and quality management in industrial enterprises and outlines practical directions for their improvement. The effectiveness of implementing a quality management system based on ISO 9001:20 15, the alignment of standards with international requirements, and their annual dynamics were assessed through statistical and regulatory analysis. Findings demonstrate that Uzbekistan has established stable institutional and legal frameworks, with positive shifts directed toward international integration. A comparative analysis with international practices (KATS, TSE, Rosstandart) revealed the priority directions and development needs of the national system. As a result of the research, practical recommendations were developed to strengthen internal audit mechanisms, implement digital monitoring systems, enhance personnel capacity, and incentivize enterprises adopting quality systems. This work serves as an im portant scientific and practical foundation for modernizing technical policy and enhancing the international competitiveness of Uzbekistanʼs industry.
