Methodological foundations of the quality management system in construction industry enterprises

Abstract
The goal of large-scale reforms in the construction sector of our country is to increase its internationalcompetitiveness. In turn, achieving competitiveness corresponding to quality models is associated with the widespreaduse of quality management systems in enterprises according to international standards ISO 9001-2015. At the sametime, scientific and methodological issues on the application of these systems in the activities of construction industryparticipants have not yet found a final solution. In this article, the authors propose a methodological concept andmechanism for quality management at enterprises in the construction industry of the regions.
