Аннотатсия
Fatigue is a physiological condition that arises from prolonged physical or mental activity and leads to atemporary decline in performance capacity. During fatigue, the body undergoes notable biochemical changes that reflectthe depletion of energy reserves, accumulation of metabolic by-products, and disruption of homeostasis. Conversely, the period of rest initiates restorative biochemical processes aimed at replenishing energy stores, eliminating metabolicwaste, and reestablishing internal balance. This article examines the key biochemical mechanisms underlying fatigue andrecovery, focusing on energy metabolism, hormonal regulation, and oxidative balance
