This study examines the impact of non-farm activities related to household plot farmingamong the rural population. The study uses data from a social survey conducted among 1,843 householdplot farms in rural areas of the Samarkand region. The Tobit model was applied to economically assess theimpact of non-farm activities related to household plot farming on income generated from such activities. The results indicate that the development and/or organization of non-farm activities related to household plotfarming in rural areas is statistically significant at the 1 percent level (***p < 0.01).
