ACADEMIC STAFF PERFORMANCE AND HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT IN MODERN UNIVERSITIES

Аннотация
This study examines the relationship between human resource management practices andacademic staff performance in modern universities. The analysis focuses on professional development,leadership support, performance evaluation, employee motivation, career development, workload management,compensation, and institutional support. Survey data from 106 academic employees were analyzed usingdescriptive statistics, reliability analysis, Pearson correlation, and multiple regression in STATA. The findingsindicate that effective HRM practices are positively associated with academic productivity, job satisfaction,professional development, and organizational commitment. Professional development, leadership support,employee engagement, organizational support, and career development were identified as the most importantfactors. The study recommends integrated HRM strategies based on continuous learning, fair evaluation,recognition, balanced workload, and career support.
