Аннотация
This review article presents a comprehensive comparative phytochemical analysis and evaluation of the therapeutic properties of Chenopodium album L. (white goosefoot) growing under the climatic conditions of Central Asia, in comparison with the North American variety Chenopodium album var. missouriense. Based on the systematization and generalization of modern analytical data, a detailed nutraceutical differentiation of the elemental and vitamin profiles of the studied taxa was carried out. It was found that 100 g of air-dry raw material of the Central Asian population contains 40 mcg of vitamin B1, 80 mcg of vitamin B2, 610 mcg of vitamin B4, and 1100 mcg of vitamin E. In turn, the American variety var. missouriense surpasses the main species in protein content, as well as vitamin B5 (180 mcg), vitamin C (1100 mcg), and vitamin PP (850 mcg). The synergism of the antioxidant components of the plant is considered, and its high pharmacological potential is scientifically substantiated. The results obtained allow us to consider wild populations of white goosefoot in Uzbekistan as a promising, renewable, and environmentally safe bioresource for the development of domestic import-substituting dietary supplements of antioxidant, polyvitamin, and detoxifying spectra of action.
