This article examines how globalization and accelerated information flows reshape cultural identity and spiritual values in contemporary society. In the information age, cultural boundaries are increasingly permeable, and identity formation is influenced by transnational communication networks, digital platforms, and algorithmically mediated content. Using a qualitative conceptual and socio-philosophical methodology, the study analyzes how global interconnectedness produces processes of hybridization, fragmentation, and reconfiguration of identity and spirituality. The findings suggest that cultural identity is shifting from stable, territorially bounded forms toward fluid, multi-layered, and networked constructions. Similarly, spiritual values are undergoing transformation from institutional and tradition-based systems to individualized and globally influenced frameworks. The article concludes that globalization does not eliminate cultural and spiritual identity but redefines it within dynamic and pluralistic conditions.
