Abstract

<p><em>So‘nggi vaqtlarda biomoslik, bioparchalanuvchanlik, </em><em>saraton, bakteriya va zamburug‘larga qarshi yuqori biologik faolliklarni namoyon qiluvchi xitin va uning muhim hosilasi xitozanga bo‘lgan talab, yangi xomashyo manbaalarini aniqlash va foydalanilish sohalarini kengaytrishga doir ko‘plab tadqiqotlar amalga oshirilmoqda. Xitozanning biologik faolliklarini namoyon bo‘lishida deatsetillanish darajasi muhim ahamiyatga ega. </em><em>Shu maqsadda olib borgan tadqiqotimiz davomida Apis mellifera asosida olingan xitozanning deatsetillanish darajasi (DDA) IQ, C/N element analizi, potensiometrik titrlash usullari yordamida aniqlashni maqsad qilib oldik. Olingan natijalarni tahlil qilish orqali tadqiqotimiz davomida olingan xitozanning deatsetillanish darajasi taxminan 85-90% ekanligi aniqlandi.</em></p>
