I do not mind the rapid development of modern dentistry, the question of increasing the effectiveness of endodontic dental treatment retains its relevance. The means and methods of endodontic dental treatment. However, clinical practice shows that the results treatments are not always successful, which leads to the need carrying out repeated endodontic interventions. It is known that for pulpitis, microbes penetrate into the root canals and their branches. Therefore, a prerequisite for achieving success in the treatment of pulpitis is the maximum root canal disinfection. In this regard, technologies are developing, allowing to disinfect the root canal system due to local temperature rise. To such types impacts include laser treatment and high-frequency diathermocoagulation. Laser radiation, due to antibacterial action and drying of the root canal of the tooth, allows you to significantly improve the quality of endodontic treatment.
