Аннотация
The purpose of the study: to determine the importance of computed tomography in patients with COVID-19. Materials and methods of research: the material for the study was the case histories of the results of computed tomography performed in several groups of patients in the city of Samarkand, and their protocols on the medical history. Blood, urine, feces were taken as the test material, a general analysis of blood, urine, feces, virological methods, PCR, coagulogram, determination of D-dimer, ferritin, procalcitonin, CEC was performed. Computed tomography was performed with 128 incisions on the GE Optima-CT660 diagnostic device. The results were analyzed retrospectively by in-depth statistical processing. Conclusion: The purpose of the study: to study the frequency and characteristics of radiological manifestations of coronavirus infection, lung damage in concomitant diseases. To this end, the study presented clinical examples of patients with COVID-19. In conclusion, the importance of CT in the context of the novel coronavirus pandemic is critical for diagnosing COVID-19 and determining disease severity when SARS-CoV-2 RNA analysis is not possible or negative. CT monitoring of the state of the lung tissue in the dynamics of COVID-19 disease is important for correcting therapy. In clinical practice, in addition to detecting changes characteristic of COVID-19, the CT method allows differential diagnosis of pulmonary and extrapulmonary pathology in patients with concomitant diseases.
