Objective: To study the clinical and epidemiological features of the course of brucellosis in women of childbearing age (based on the materials of the Kashkadarya Regional Infectious Diseases Hospital). Methods: We retrospectively analyzed 110 cases of brucellosis in women aged 17 to 49 years in 2019, who were hospitalized at the Kashkadarya Regional Infectious Diseases Hospital. Results: According to the data obtained, when studying the seasonality of the incidence of brucellosis, the highest incidence rate was observed in May-June - 27.2%, and the lowest rate was recorded in November - 1.8%. In addition, there is a tendency for an increase in the incidence of brucellosis in the Koson, Guzor and Karshi districts of the Kashkadarya region. The results of the study showed that in the acute form of the disease, there were no significant changes in the reproductive system in women of childbearing age. According to the results of the data obtained in the subacute course of the disease, moderate signs of intoxication, mild asthenovegetative syndrome, damage to the musculoskeletal system and peripheral nervous system were revealed. In the chronic form of the disease, 67 (82.7%) women with brucellosis experienced changes in the genitourinary system, manifested by oophoritis, salpingitis, salpingo-oophoritis, endometritis, abortion.. Conclusions. In Kashkadarya region, in areas with developed animal husbandry, the incidence of brucellosis is higher among women of childbearing age. In women of childbearing age, chronic brucellosis was the leading cause of miscarriage (11.1%), oophoritis, salpingitis, salpingoophoritis and endometritis (71.6%).
