OPTIMIZATION OF METHODS FOR EARLY DIAGNOSIS OF OPEN-ANGLE GLAUCOMA IN PRIMARY HEALTHCARE

Purpose: Conducting a comparative analysis and study the effectiveness of the Oculus Mobile console developed for mobile phone and the special template scheme and the results of the posterior fundus diagnosis using OCT of the retina and optic nerve. Materials and methods: The study was conducted in the eye diseases department of the RCCh clinic. We operated 50 patients with BOBG, 23 of them were men and 27 were women. The average age is 52±15.22. The Oculus Mobile mobile phone attachment is a plastic attachment for a mobile phone with a precisely measured focal length for ophthalmoscopy (examination of the fundus of the back of the eye). Results. The result of the study shows that the tonometric VGD indicators in the initial stage are on average 25.5±0.5 mm Hg, in the advanced stage 29.5±0.86 mm Hg, in the advanced stage, respectively, 35.8 ± 1.3 mm made rt.st. Tonography data showed that with normal values ​​(R0 from 10 to 21 mm Hg) - 44% of cases, with moderately elevated values ​​of ophthalmotonus (R0 from 22 to 28 mm Hg) - 34% and with high ophthalmotonus (R0 29 mm Hg and above) - 22%. The output of intraocular fluid was 0.20±0.05 mm3 per minute, respectively. Fluid output was 2.8±1.2 mm3 per minute, respectively. In this regard, the Becker coefficient was sharply increased and reached 124±30.5, respectively. Summary. It can be noted that the application of the Oculus Mobile attachment to the mobile phone using the template scheme allows to estimate the morphometric data of the optic disc, for example, the ratio of the area of ​​the optic disc and the excavation to the area, the excavation work in the area of ​​the optic disc.
