Objective: to study the role of insulin and adipokines (adiponectin, resistin, leptin) in the formation of CP in MS patients. Methods: the main clinical group consisted of 52 patients with CP combined MS aged 18 to 68 years. The control group consisted of 14 people without manifestations of CP and MS. The results obtained: The data obtained indicate a significant change in the lipid spectrum in patients with CP combined with MS. Thus, the level of total cholesterol was increased in 53% of patients, triglyceride - in 72.4%, LDL cholesterol - in 58% of patients with the combined form of the disease in some patients, the concentration of total cholesterol exceeded 1.5-2 times the upper limit of reference values; triglyceride exceeded the norm by 2-4.5 times, and the level of LDL cholesterol in 1.7-2.2 times. Also noteworthy is the higher level of leptin by 46% (p<0.05) in the blood serum of patients with CP combined MS. Conclusions. Our results confirm that patients with CP combined with MS have high values of the lipid and carbohydrate spectrum of blood, as well as a high value of leptinemia against a background of low resistin and adiponectin content.
