COMPLEX TREATMENT IN LUMBAR REGION DEGENERATIVE-SPONDYLOGEN RADICULOPATHIES IN PREGNANT WOMEN

Аннотация
Objective: to determine the effectiveness of kinesiological therapy in combination with the pirm(postisometric muscle relaxation) method in the treatment of lumbar spine spondylogen radiculopathy in pregnant women. Methods of control: in our study, a total of 84 women aged 20 years to 34 years, aged 27±5.5 years were included in the study. The patients were divided into two different groups: 1 - Main (42 people) and 2 - control (42 people). All patients underwent an in-depth clinical-neurological examination. Results of the study: for the course of treatment, 2 treatments were performed, the duration of kinesiotepa was 4-5 days, and the pirm method was performed through both 2 treatments, in which, after the first treatments, the pain syndrome in muscle tonic syndrome was lost by 90%, in the root syndrome, the pain syndrome was reduced by 50%. After the second treatment, there was a decrease in 80% in our patients with severe ADHD root syndrome. Clinical efficacy in patients was achieved through vash and ENMG examinations. Conclusion: 1) joint application of kinesological tips and Pirms in adult women xadoradora women are safe for unborn children; 2) the effectiveness of regression of spondylogen pain syndromes is high.
