MORPHOLOGICAL FEATURES OF THE JAW BONE TISSUE WHEN USING SYNTHETIC MATERIAL

Objective: to determine the clinical effectiveness of the use of composite materials as the basis of bone repair and to determine their indications. Methods: an experimental study was carried out, with the division of the experiment into 2 groups – control and experimental. In animals of the control group (n=10), the formed trepanation opening was closed with fascia and masticatory muscle, without filling the defect, and in the experimental group (n=10), the use of the composite bone-plastic material recommended by us was used. In each group, animals (2 rabbits) were slaughtered according to the terms of the experiment: after 7 days, 14 days, 21 days, 30 days and 60 days of the experiment. Results: according to the evaluation of the clinical effectiveness of the proposed method, the use of synthetic bone material leads to stimulation of osteogenesis, blocking the development of inflammatory complications, significantly reduces pain syndrome (patients do not need additional prescription of analgesics), reduces the period of social adaptation and hospital stay. Conclusions: a full-fledged bone is formed two months after transplantation with the use of composite material, while in natural osteogenesis, only the initial stages of the development of bone elements occur for 2 months, which is fraught with the development of secondary inflammation, resorption and atrophy of the defect area.
