Objective: to study the results of diagnosis and targeted therapy of patients with colorectal cancer (CRC) with liver metastases. Methods: The study included 75 patients with metastatic CRC, including 39 (52.0%) men and 36 (48.0%) women, with a mean age of 62.3±4.9 years, with histologically verified adenocarcinoma of the rectum and colon. intestines. Results: In the diagnosis of liver metastases, ultrasound methods were used, including transrectal sonography, as well as computed tomography (CT). The most common were multiple liver metastases (92.0%), followed by bilobar metastases (81.3%). Monolobular metastases were diagnosed in 14.7% of patients, single - in 10.7% of patients and solitary - in 2.7% of patients with CRC. In the treatment of CRC patients with initially resectable liver metastases, the inclusion of targeted drugs in traditional chemotherapy regimens significantly improved the effectiveness of treatment for this category of patients. Conclusions: The combination of ultrasound with CT allows the most accurate determination of the characteristics of liver metastases in patients with colorectal cancer. It was shown that the best results of preoperative chemotherapy were shown by the XELOX/FOLFOX4 regimen, which includes the use of the targeted drug bevacizumab
