MEDICAL AND SOCIAL ASPECTS OF MORBIDITY AND FACTORS CAUSING IT AMONG EMPLOYEES OF INTERNAL AFFAIRS BODIES

Аннотация
The Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated February 26, 2019, “On measures to strengthen further the social protection of employees of internal affairs bodies and members of their families” PD-4212 states that “Achieving high results in the field of effectively ensuring peace and tranquility in our country largely depends from the constant readiness and level of professional training of employees of the internal affairs bodies, their dedication and courage in the way of protecting human rights and freedom, the interests of the state and society.” It has been established that employees of the internal affairs bodies have a relatively high level of mental and nervous tension in the work process. Therefore, social non-epidemic diseases such as injuries and cardiovascular, respiratory, nervous, mental and digestive systems are more common among them. Many scientific sources note that respiratory diseases occupy a leading place in the primary morbidity of military personnel and employees of internal affairs bodies and account for more than 50% of the total primary morbidity and 45% of temporary disability.
