Аннотация
The characteristics of patients, burn contractures, respiratory tract assessment data using various test options, scales and calculations are given. Various classifications, tests and scales such as Mallampati, Patila, LEMON, Wilson and MOSCOW-TD were used for the prognostic assessment of difficult airways, the data of which were compared in a comparative aspect, the specificity and sensitivity of these tools in predicting difficult airways were studied. Evaluating scales and tests for predicting TDP and tracheal intubation in patients with post–burn contractures of the anterior – lateral parts of the face, neck, chest, we concluded that the most effective, specific for patients with such thermal trauma is the MOSCOW – TD scale and the values of the atlanto-occipital angle. LEMON and Wilson scales for predicting TDP in patients with burn contractures of the face, neck and chest are time-consuming, have a lot of obscene and subjective assessments, which makes them non-specific for this category of patients.
