TREATMENT OF VAGINAL DYSBIOTIC DISORDERS IN PREGNANT WOMEN BEFORE CHILDBIRTH

Аннотация
Objective: Objective: Effective treatment of vaginal dysbiotic disorders in pregnant women before childbirth. Methods: In the study, all 68 women were prescribed Betadine for 14 days. At the end of the course of treatment, smear studies by PCR and molecular genetic studies were also carried out to assess its effectiveness. Results: According to the survey, more than half of pregnant women-47 (69.11%) - did not complain, only 22 (32.35%) patients had unpleasant copious discharge from the genital tract and 12 (17.64%) - itching of the external genitals. In 3 weeks. After therapy, the picture of vaginal lubrication returned to normal in 96% of patients with the number of white blood cells in the field of vision 4-6. In control studies by PCR, we did not detect conditionally pathogenic microorganisms, an increase in the titer of lactobacilli was noted. Conclusions. Within weeks, the microbial appearance of the vagina was completely normalized in 3% of patients after therapy. The results of treatment were maintained in the postpartum period, ensuring the absence of purulent-inflammatory complications in all patients included in the study.
