MODERN VIEWS FOR THE PROBLEM OF LARYNGEAL PRECARCINOMA DISEASES (Literature review)

Abstract
The authors analyzed the literature data for the last 40 years on the problem of precancerous diseases of the larynx (PRCG). It has been established that today there are 2 types of PRZG. Pachydermia, papillamatosis of the larynx, chronic laryngitis, and leukoplakia deserve special attention among obligate CRPH. According to the data, more than 30% of cases of obligate CRPG transform into cancer of the larynx and are often characterized by the presence of multicentric foci of pathological growth. At the same time, the issues of differential diagnosis of CRH, the identification of early forms of malignancy remain unresolved and require further research in this area.
