SOCIAL LONELINESS AND THE IMPACT OF LIVING SPACE ON THE MENTAL STATE OF THEIR ADOLESCENTS

In the course of our research, we studied the causes of social isolation, the influence of the family on the mental state of urban and rural adolescents. Materials and Methods: We studied adolescents aged 17-19 years old. The total number was 240 adolescents. All patients underwent pre-psychiatric and psychiatric outpatient inpatient care in the Navaiy region. The research was conducted in the period from 2020 to 2023. To solve the tasks of the study various questionnaires were used to investigate the level of subjective feeling of loneliness, as well as techniques to determine the level of self-esteem and allowing to assess interpersonal emotional connections in the group. The results of the study showed that urban and rural adolescents, taking into account gender and age, are qualitatively different from each other. Conclusions: Thus, the data obtained, taking into account the peculiarities of the sociocultural situation, allow us to refer adolescents, both urban and rural, to the risk group. Considering social loneliness as a complex multifactorial phenomenon, we consider it necessary to further study the following components of social loneliness: intensity, frequency, acuteness and duration of loneliness experience.
