SURGICAL TREATMENT AND PREVENTION OF KNEE JOINT WITH DEFORMING ARTHROSIS

Аннотация
Objective: In recent times, the surgical treatment method used in arthrosis of the knee joint is to show the results of "arthroscopic imaging chondroplasty". Materials and methods: 74 patients with various stages of knee arthrosis were observed in the Department of Large Joint Orthopedics of the Samarkand Branch of the Republican Specialized Traumatology and Orthopedic Scientific and Practical Medical Center . 25 (34%) of the patients were men, 49 (66%) were women. Results: Long-term (2.5-3 years) results of the performed operations were studied in 31 (75.5%) people. Among the 45-59-year-olds with II and III degree of arthrosis before surgery, 5 excellent, 9 good results, and 5 satisfactory results were noted. 5 of the 60-74 year olds had good results, and 7 had satisfactory results. No excellent results were observed. The above data show that operative treatment in this method is easy and light compared to other surgical methods, but it is palliative in nature. With the passing of time, with increasing age, the obtained results decrease relatively. Conclusions: Deformative arthrosis of the knee joint is a common disease on our planet. Due to the lack of early, visible changes in the articular cartilage, the disease cannot be detected early on X-ray. Depending on the indication of the disease, there are conservative and operative treatment methods. Among operative methods, "imaging chondroplasty" takes the main place. This method is curative and prophylactic, but like most other knee operations, it is palliative. It is advisable to consider the dispensary of the patients who were treated operatively. In this case, it will be possible to prevent pathological changes in the joint in time.
