Annotaciya

Computed hernioabdominometry (CTGA) was carried out together with the goal of determining the volume of the hernial collar, the size of the covered hernial pack, and in addition, in order to establish in advance the method of hernial allo-as well as abdominoplasty. This method was done in 58 (86.6%) patients with ventral hernias and morbid obesity. The acquired figures of the pathology of the anterior abdominal wall topography made it possible to form a reasonable fee for the patient before the operation, and in addition, to choose the best method of hernioplasty personally for the purpose of any patient.
