HERNIO- AND ABDOMINOPLASTY IN PATIENTS WITH POSTOPERATIVE VENTAL HERNIA AND ABDOMINOPTOSIS

Аннотация
A study of the results of a single examination and surgical treatment of 121 patients with ventral hernia and concomitant morbid obesity along with the use of a differentiated layout for the selection of a hernia repair and abdominoplasty method is shown. Improvement in the industrial nuances of non-tension hernia alloplasty, together with the implantation of the endoprosthesis by the combined onlay + sublay method in combination with abdominoplasty, allowed to smooth out the recurrence of the disease (in the comparison team, the recurrence was 12.5%). The presented method of appropriate preoperative preparation, as well as the selection of the method of hernia allo- and abdominoplasty in patients with abdominal hernias and abdominoptosis, allowed to reduce the frequency of postoperative complications from 14.8% down to 8.9% (p=0.045), in this number of wounded together with 11.5% up to 4.5%.
