Abstract
Objective: application of complex, surgical and local tactics of treatment of purulent-necrotic complications of diabetic foot and soft tissues Methods: in the multidisciplinary clinic of Samarkand City Medical Association and Sam.MU the examination of 45 patients with purulent-necrotic complications of soft tissues at diabetes mellitus type 2, treated in the hospital conditions was carried out. Men-25 (55.5%), women-20 (44.5%). Timely hospitalization of patients in the hospital largely depends on whether the treatment will give a positive result. Timely clinical and laboratory tests, UTI, Doppler sonography, fluoroscopy, radiography, and in some cases MRI, MSCT methods of investigation were performed. Results: as one group of our patients is late to the hospital, their condition is much more severe than those who have symptoms of sepsis. When treating such patients it is necessary to urgently organize local treatment with laboratory tests, (determination of blood and urine sugar levels) disintoxication, infusion-transfusion, antibacterial therapy. At local treatment we proceeded mainly from 3 principles, which in the recent years were carried out immediately: timely - surgical opening of early purulent cavities (phlegmon and abscesses), sanation of the remaining cavity, necrorectomy and adequate drainage. Conclusions. Thus, we conclude that it is necessary to use Acerbin fluid in local and complex surgical treatment of purulent necrotic wounds of soft tissues in patients with diabetes mellitus.
