NONSPECIFIC AND SPECIFIC FACTORS OF BRONCHOPULMONARY TISSUE IN INFLAMMATORY PATHOLOGY

Abstract
During the development of the disease, severe morphofunctional changes occur in the bronchial mucosa. In moderate and severe forms of the disease, a large number of lymphocytes and mast cells penetrate into the mucosa, releasing pro-inflammatory interleukins and biogenically active substances, which penetrate the epithelium through the basement membrane and form a large number of cells in apoptotic state. In this pathological process, the morphological aspects of the lungs are not sufficiently studied, which requires the identification of morphological changes in the structures of the lungs. Purpose of work: To reveal the morphological changes in the structures of the lungs of those who died from inflammatory pathology of the broncho-pulmonary system. Conclusion: Thus, based on the above data, the study of morphological and morphometric changes in the structures of the lungs of those who died from inflammatory pathology of the bronchopulmonary system is an urgent scientific task.
