STUDYING RISK FACTORS FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF INFANTIAL CEREBRAL PALSY IN CHILDREN AND THE NEED FOR THEIR PREVENTION

Abstract
The article presents the results of studying the risk factors for the development of cerebral palsy and the need for their prevention. We examined 87 patients with cerebral palsy, the average age of which was 8.79±0.49 years, of which 47 (54.1%) boys and 40 (45.9%) girls. Of the prenatal factors, the most common was severe toxicosis in the mother - 40.2%; intranatal - birth trauma - 65.5%; postnatal - the presence of neonatal convulsions - 70.1%. That is why one of the main directions in the prevention of cerebral palsy is to improve the preconception state of women's health, pregnancy planning, and reduce the impact of adverse antenatal and intranatal
