PREVENTION OF NEUROTROPHIC DISORDERS OF THE FOOT AFTER INTRA- ARTICULAR FRACTURES OF THE CALCANEUS

Abstract
A study was conducted on the treatment outcomes of 47 patients with intra-articular fractures of the calcaneus, who received specialized medical care using a developed methodology that included drainage of the sub-talar joint of the injured foot and closed reduction of the fracture, in combination with the implementation of commonly accepted traditional procedures. The use of this method of preventing post-traumatic neurotrophic disorders made it possible to prevent the development of hypertensive ischemic syndrome in all patients of this group during the early post-injury period, as well as to restore trophism of the injury zone within 10 days.
