COMPARATIVE MORPHOLOGY AND MORPHOMETRY OF THE PARIETAL LIVER PARENCHYMA OF ANIMALS WITH EXPERIMENTAL CALCULOUS CHOLECYSTITIS

In the world, the steady increase in patients with diseases of the hepatobiliary system, especially cholelithiasis, complicated by obstructive jaundice, in which the nature of nutrition is important, is an urgent problem. In this regard, the study of the morphology and morphometric data of the parietal parenchyma of the liver in mammals with different patterns of nutrition is an urgent issue. The morphology of the liver of mammalian animals with different types of nutrition (rabbits, dogs) with experimental calculous cholecystitis was studied. Studies have shown that in experimental rabbits there is a decrease in the diameter of the interlobular vein, as well as an increase in the diameter of the interlobular arteries and bile duct. In dogs of the experimental group, an increase in the diameter of all intrahepatic structures (interlobular vein, artery and bile duct) is noted. These changes in the intrahepatic structures indicate congestion caused as a result of experimental calculous cholecystitis.
