УМЕДОВ Хушакт Алишерович
Abstract
Summary: The frequency of so-called two-stage ruptures of the spleen ranges from 2% to 12.9%.The frequency of damage to the spleen among injuries to other abdominal organs is, according to the literature, from 15% to 30%. Objective: Under our supervision, there were 25 victims with spleen injury with concomitant abdominal trauma, who underwent conservative hemostatic therapy. Materials and мethods: They were combined with a skull injury in 8 (32.0%) cases, chest - in 10 (40.0%), pelvis and extremities - in 7 (28.0%) cases. There were 19 men (76.0%), women - 6 (24.0%). The main criterion for the choice of conservative treatment of patients was the presence of stable hemodynamics. Conclusions:All patients on admission, in addition to clinical examination, underwent ultrasound every 6-8 hours in dynamics, multispiral computed tomography (MSCT) of the abdominal cavity, plain X-ray of the abdominal cavity and other anatomical areas by localization, general blood and urine analysis, coagulogram
