STRUCTURAL CHANGES IN THE CARDIOVASCULAR SYSTEM IN PATIENTS WITH GOUT

Objective: Early detection of cardiohemodynamic disorders in patients with gout and elimination of controlled risk factors and improvement of methods of treatment of the disease. Material and methods: 44 patients with gout (all men) were identified for examination in the therapy departments 1 and 2 of the clinic 1 of the SamSMU. Depending on the course of the disease, recurrent and chronically occurring types of patients were separately distinguished. Results: in the study of cardiohemodynamics of patients with gout, isolated changes were revealed. It was found that in patients with chronic gout, the ventricular size at the end of the diastole (LVDOS) and the size at the end of the diastole (LVDOS) increased by 4.66% and 10.4%, respectively, compared with patients in whom the disease recurred... Conclusion: in every fourth patient with gout, there is no violation of the architectonics of LV, almost a third of patients have LV, in 26.8% of cases there is chqq, and in a fifth of patients with LV there are changes in its cavity while maintaining the normal myocardial mass index (LVCR).
